Writing
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sunshine Printz, every product is custom-made specifically for you. Because our items are personalized and created to your specifications, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us the same day you receive your package. We will review the issue and, if the mistake or damage is confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
3-Day Policy
Any issue with your order must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery. After three days, we cannot accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
Important
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Since every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Deciding you no longer want the product
Color or design preferences after the order has been completed
Any item that was approved by the customer before production
Once your custom order is placed and production begins, it is considered a final sale.
